Hi. I’m Cheryl Smith, your AB Realty WA representative. Just to let you know a little more about who you are trusting with your property business, I am married with 4 children and have lived with my husband in Hamersley for the last 34 years, therefore having an extensive knowledge of the area and surrounds. I originally came from the Banking Industry with senior positions at the National Bank and Custom Credit for 9 years. After gaining my Real Estate Registration in 2004, I have worked hard to grow my reputation and network in the area over the past 15 years. Over the years I have developed a good client understanding and care for their outcome. I aim to make both the buying and selling experience as stress free as possible. I commenced working in Real Estate in 1994 and have worked for David Evans Real Estate for the entire time. I value loyalty and have progressed from Sales Representative to Branch Manager at our Head Office in Wangara where I not only manage the office but continue to sell properties throughout the northern suburbs. I have a strong participation in the local community through my involvement in the Whitford Hockey Club where I have been, at various times, President and Junior Coordinator as well as being a Life Member and former Club Person of the Year. I still play on Saturday afternoons through Winter. My reputation in Real Estate is second to none with many testimonials attesting to this fact.
