Whenever we needed any information as purchasers, they were very quick to respond. Of equal importance, they knew how to sell. In a market where passive agency seems to have found a place, these two were far from that place. As a buyer, sometimes you need someone to cover off all the positive attributes of a home, and also discuss some of the negatives and how they can be addressed or how the market has responded to same. If I were a seller, these are the kind of agents I would want on the job. Drum up interest, pursue leads, sell the product and close the deal with a friendly yet highly professional approach.

Working with David and Bindi was a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I was selling an apartment in Mosman while being based in Brisbane and the process was made so easy for me. The team helped organise painting, cleaning and styling to prepare for sale and looked after it all from start to finish which was such a big help. After every showing I was kept fully updated as to how it went and the level of interest which was coming in. Communication was great and I was happy to get updates either by phone, text or email. When it came to discussing offers I had received, there was absolutely no pressure to accept, which I was very appreciative of as I suspect other agents would have been applying pressure to get the sale off their books and collect their commission. David & Bindi provided advice, acted as a sounding board and left the final decision to me without pressure. They were successfully able to negotiate the purchaser up to my price expectations even after their best & final offer. David & Bindi's knowledge of the local market was great, they know a lot of people in the local community, who's selling, who's buying, what type of property people are looking to purchase, and what properties suit or don't suit certain purchasers. Of the three agencies which were asked to provide a submission to sell a three bedroom unit at Mosman, being part of deceased estate, David and his team were an easy choice. We were very impressed with the way they handled every thing from removing all the fittings and furniture that the beneficiaries didn't want, to transforming a very tired unit to a very marketable property and we didn't have to outlay any cost up front. Davids strong understanding of the local market was evident from the outset with the price that was achieved being within the range he set out in his submission. David kept us informed after ever open day, via email as to all interested parties and was always available to discuss the marketing and his strategies.
