Delivering a quick result,certainly took us by surprise. To be honest we have wondered back and forth as to the contributing factors. Were we too hasty ,was the purchaser in a hurry? Whatever the reasons,we were satisfied with the result, we faced little disruption and selling meant we were able to progress with our plans . All considered David and his team were totally professional, very easy to deal with and delivered a result that was acceptable in a short time frame. David is committed,devoted and has the energy to make things happen in his area of expertise. A strong sense of team work is evident and aligned to the wishes and expectations of clients.

My wife Jill and I are pragmatists. We know and understand property. We know what we want. Such was the case when inspecting 68 Glover Street Mosman. We hadn't been looking in the area rather, in our old stomping ground of Longueville, however, we both (independently) liked the look of the Glover Street house and made the visit. After our first 20 minute inspection, we decided to buy the house. David was answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and instinctively knew we had taken the bait. After further discussions with David, we made an offer. His approach and style during the very short negotiation period was the perfect outcome for both vendor and buyer (as Jill and i understand it) this continued through as a seamless process to the signing of the contract. Simply, David 'got us' and we 'got him' which made for an open and pragmatic approach that delivered a great outcome. Yes, we would - and have - recommended David and his team.

We have had some pretty frustrating experiences with the real estate industry over the past 6 years. The quality of the agents as true sales people is generally poor, particularly in relation to the way they deal with potential buyers. They lack proactivity, they generally don't keep in touch and follow up can be slack. David was an exception. He knew we were interested in the property, he kept in touch on a regular basis, he kept us updated on where things were at. We felt we were receiving honest feedback. He did not let us drift away. He worked well to to ensure the sale was closed.

Working with David and his team gave my wife and i great peace of mind. They offered an all encompassing service , which made our lives easier through what is normally a very hectic period, and given our unique circumstances of looking after a terminally ill child at home and having to manage around this we are most grateful. His team organised, cleaning, storing, minor repairs and helped us present our house immaculately all at no additional service fee. David was accurate in his price range for the house, provided solid evidence to support his appraisal and worked hard to achieve a strong result. I would strongly recommend David and his team and will definitely use David to sell my next house when the time arises.
