As vendors, our key considerations included experience of the area, close attention being paid to a strong digital campaign (good quality photography, coverage of the main property sites and reporting) and some hand-holding over the course of the campaign. David and Joann were fantastic on all counts from before we signed on the dotted line to engage the DMRE team, right through to securing the deposit from the purchaser.
