Honest and no nonsense man

David is a very well presented Estate Agent putting me at ease quickly. He presented the home professionally and warmly and I was quickly won over by the home and his knowledge. I made the decision to apply on the spot and he told me that he would have a decision done by the next business day once he was in receipt of the online application which I submitted that night. He is a man true to his word and I was declared successful and signed the rental agreement the same day with the help of his very capable assistant Darcie at the office in Riddells Creek. I am very pleased to be one of their tenants.

Quick and Easy

David was amazing throughout the whole process from inspecting properties through application and signing of contracts! He was prompt, easy to communicate with and FAST! We needed to be out of our previous rental and was getting to the pointy end of scary finding a place and I had gone to a few inspections with David managing the properties and within a day he had contracts drawn up and it being a done deal over a weekend with getting keys that same following week. Thankyou guys for making it as stress free as possible
