Professionalism, expertise, class and reliability.
From the moment we met with David and showed him our property we knew he was the agent to complete our sale. We’d had a number of agents provide an appraisal but we didn’t feel any we’re quite right. David came in and understood how to market our home and gave us tips on how to best showcase the rooms and features of the house. There is an honesty and reliability in David that you don’t often see in estate agents and you immediately feel comfortable with him. David kept us informed all the way with progress on open homes, when he gave out a section 32 and he also followed up with interested parties regularly. We never felt out of the loop with prospective buyer and always felt that David was fair with us and the home buyers. We thank David and Rebecca for selling our home and we would not hesitate to use David Pino Real Estate again. It really is a trusted and professional Family business.

exceeded my expectations
David has been very supportive right through the house sale process. He has kept me up to date, every step of the way, and has been quite upfront with what was to be expected. During and at the end of the sale, not only he had exceeded my expectations, David was prompt, punctual, and courteous in every way. Simply the best!
At the first interview David won us over, including my husband who is very cautious and particular about who he deals with, and the result was beyond our expectations. David and Bec are not only genuine, friendly and trustworthy, they are professional, knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and are quick to respond to queries and let you know what is going on. They take the time to really get to know you and they go that extra mile, in our case literally, since our home is close to the city. This is not the first time we have sold a home, but it is the first time we have taken the time to highly recommend an agent. Definitely 5 stars!

There simply aren’t enough 🌟 to allocate to David and Becc. These two ooze not only professionalism, but love, for their job and their clients. Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable
