Excellent work, extremely good agent
Hi Russell, Just a note to convey my thoughts for both you and your agency regarding the sale of my family home. As it was decades since I last sold my home, I found you both delightful to deal with on a personal & professional level as you were there every step of the way always with the right ideas. I was advised by all the other agents to get my home "made over" with pretty furnishings pictures etc, you were the only agent to advise me to go the opposite way & to leave nothing in the house - that advice alone saved me a $6 - $7,000.00 expenditure. On top of that you got the price that you said was achievable even though the marked was turning. I would highly recommend you to family, friends or anybody that wanted to known how to successfully sell their property for the best possible outcome without having to worry. A great person and a really great agent.
Having been on my own for some time I was very nervous and anxious with the task of selling my property to move interstate. Russell explained every step to me from expected price, advertising, open home viewing etc and what to expect during the course of the house being on the market. His confidence was reassuring and I felt I was in very capable and trustworthy hands. I didn't feel like I was just "another sale" I felt he did care and wanted the best outcome for me.

Gets the job done
As an 'out of area' vendor i needed someone who could finalise the preparations and sell the property. Russell organised the necessary work to be done then sold the house within 3 days of hitting the market. Communication was excellent right up until settlement. I found Russell to be open, honest and reliable and recommend him to people looking to sell in Baulkham Hills

Great negotiator.
No only was he able to negotiate a higher price for our house he was also able to negotiate a lower price on our new house which then left more available money for other things we needed.

This describes Russell Haddan's involvement in Real Estate. Watching the process of his selling of my property was to me enlightening and refreshing.
