Personable and efficient
Tony gets it done. He is easy to get on with and have a laugh with - definitely has a way with people. He also knows the local market and potential buyers and their interests really well. We achieved a good (and quick) result off -market, due to his reputation and contacts.

Excellent service, informative and always kept up to date on progress.
Tony was referred to me by my son who also has a home under Tony's management. Tony has a great knowledge of the market and was spot on with his pricing (we managed to get the top of his estimate). Tony kept me well informed throughout the process from the best way to market and display the house right through to letting me know what had occurred after each showing and the feedback he received on the home. The auction was tense however they did a great job in pushing the buyers to ensure we got the best price. I could not fault the service and professionalism displayed by Tony and his team. I would highly recommend Tony Day as a real estate agent of choice.

Great local knowledge and advice
We have been dealing with Tony for many years now, and we're very impressed with how he handled the sale of our first home. We'd never been through the process before, and were a bit nervous given the general market sentiment, but Tony gave us great advice on the market and how to best prepare our home for sale. We got the result we were looking for after only a few weeks on the market. We would definitely use Tony again if selling another house in the inner west.
