We purchased an off the plan unit from Andrew. From the moment we sent an enquiry on the listing, Andrew was in contact with us with relevant photographs and videos, and answered all our questions. Andrew showed us through the property in early January whilst he was on leave. Had we known he was on leave, we would have happily waited until his return, but this is the kind of agent that Andrew is. We were immediately impressed by Andrew's kind and honest demeanour, and the unit. We quickly put a holding deposit on the property. Over the coming months, we went back and forth as we had very specific needs with respect to our financing. Andrew kept us updated and was respectful of our position. We never felt pressured by Andrew into making a decision. This meant a lot to us as we had previously experienced agents who did not show us this level of respect and sought to take advantage of us as first-time buyers. Andrew continued updating us on the property and let us inspect it as development continued on numerous occasions.
