We planned to put the house on the market,and invited Nekti to do an appraisal and locked it in to put the house on the market. We booked the photographer and video guy in to do there thing before the video guy was there we got a call saying a young couple wanted to have a look. They loved it and put an offer in and we accepted later that afternoon and the rest is history .... oh and the sign went up with under offer.... couldn’t of asked for any better outcome we are not ver happy.

I chose Kaye as my agent for a number of reasons including: other reviews she had received and that she works for an independent agency (not one of the big players). My selection could not have been better. Kaye communicates at *every* stage of the marketing program. There are no hidden agendas, just total trust and transparency in all aspects. We interviewed several agents in the lead up to listing our home with Justin & Marc from DCK. We decided on listing with Justin & Marc as we felt their approach and marketing was better suited to our home. Having a set price rather than a range removed the guess work as we knew in advance what price we were selling our home for. The other aspect which really impressed us was having two agents managing our sale of our home rather than just have one agent who may or may not be available to a prospective purchaser.
