Marc Cox was a delight to work with. A polite, respectful and highly professional person who listens and follows through. Marc was reliable and an excellent communicator who did what he said when he said he would, for example, calling back at certain times or speaking with various individuals. He sold my property for the price I wanted within two weeks. I cannot fault him in any way and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, in fact I already have.
