Our trust in Elliott right from the start was well rewarded.

Due to the dynamic market for home units in good locations in Brisbane early in 2025 and our not being locals, we decided to get marketing strategy advice from 3 short-listed agents. We chose Elliott because he was observant and astute enough to suggest several matters to improve marketability, matters that we had not been aware of from the many tenant inspection reports we had received from our managing agent. While the unit had been fully renovated 9 years earlier, we had not been in it since and certainly agreed that these all needed to be attended to. Elliott quickly organised this work and for styling of the unit to be carried out so that the property was beautifully presented and then exposed to the market with the benefit of excellent still and video photography. It certainly impressed those who inspected. At all times Elliott kept us well informed of results of ‘Open House’ inspections and suggested additional measures to increase exposure. The full trust we put in Elliott’s professional advice right from the start made the sale process very relaxed for us and gave us confidence that his dealings with prospective purchasers would be well received.
