Elliott was fundamental in assisting us sell our recently deceased mother's estate (her Unit in St Lucia, Brisbane) in a very timely, considerate and professional manner. It was a traumatic period for us, and we were hoping for closure in a timely manner. The whole process was done in roughly three weeks (photos, marketing/advertising, staging, coordinating inspections and the administration). It can be a complex and confusing process, and we would have found it quite difficult to navigate through without Elliotts expertise. Elliott took control of everything for us from start to finish and communicated regularly with us throughout every stage. We really appreciated him reducing the stress involved with this and for his compassion and consideration.
