Exceptional - A Real Estate salesman who is good at his job and easy to like.

The recent sale of our property represented the best real estate experience that we have to date experienced.   Mr Elliott Dean provided a very pleasant and efficient service which enabled the sale of our property to occur with the least stress and difficulty possible.   Mr Elliott Dean interacts with a genuine charm which is combine with attention to detail, ongoing updates, advice and support.   On undertaking our initial discussion with regards the sale of our property Elliott suggested undertaking some painting and maintenance prior to marketing.   Elliott introduced us to suitable tradesmen and then organised and  coordinated the whole process.   The marketing options were clearly presented by Elliott including the use of virtual furnishing to effectively  promote the property. With all aspects of the sale we felt our ideas, opinions and options were considered and respected.   The final sale price is always going to be affected by market forces and probably rarely as much as a seller would ideally like.  However we felt Elliott strove to act in our best interest and achieve the best outcome in a reasonable time frame.   There was no aspect of the sales process with which we were disappointed.  Should the need arise we would preferentially use Mr Elliott Dean in the future ourselves and not hesitate to recommend him to others.
