Shocked and in awe by result so far beyond expectations

With the current property market of low supply verses high demand, getting a result that might be a little better than expected is what every seller would hope for. However those results are only possible when the property is marketed well, through well taken photos, well positioned advertising and having a well known reputation for honesty, integrity and open communication.
