Jordan really was obliging and ensured that every time there was a change over of guests in our holiday rental apartment, he held an open house. That took a lot of effort and coordination with the resort manager. Jordan worked hard for us and after having the property on the market with another agent for almost a year, Jordan took on the challenge and worked hard to ensure it was sold in a timely manner.

Jordan responded very quickly to a request for data after we saw the property on line. Following an inspection the next week, he then was open and transparent re the sellers expectations and invited an offer.I found him very helpful in advising re processes in Queensland and his office support Katie has been terrific to enable us to formalise an offer and then enable the contract for the purchase to be processed quickly and smoothly. Ross was easy to communicate with and always available. He was bang on with his market estimate and did everything in his power to get us the best price possible.
