We found Jordan to have a very high work ethic and kept us well informed at all times. However, after 2 failed contracts we feel Jordan may still be lacking some sales experience. We have never had 2 failed contracts before. (Unfortunate but real result). Also relating to experience, we really believe our sales price achieved was too low, this is in relation to equivalent local sales I have been able to obtain. I did question local comparable sales on a number of occasions with little response. The end result was borderline satisfactory but could have been better. We also found negotiating skills somewhat lacking to the benefit of the Vendor. To Summarize, the experience was OK but could have been a better outcome. Jim & Gina Gizelis - Adelaide
