We hadn't really planned on selling our property when Define Property contacted us to see if we would like an appraisal. Ross gave an appraisal for what we considered a good price. A few months after Ross's appraisal we did decide to sell and sought a comparison appraisal from another agent, who appraised our property for what we considered a ridiculous low price so we decided to use Ross Cattle to sell our property. Ross suggested an advertised selling price higher than his original appraisal to see what sort of offers and feedback we would get. We sold at the first inspection above the original appraisal price. We are really happy with the outcome of selling for more than we had originally expected.

We listed a townhouse we needed sold quickly with Ross & his team. They had less than a month between the listing date and the date of the auction however worked tirelessly to market the property well and show as many people through as they could. At the Auction there were a number of bidders and ultimately the price they obtained was about 20% more that we were hoping for. A fantastic result!
