Steve managed the sale of my parents' home with great care and concern during a difficult time for my family. Dad was in hospital when the house was put on the market and sadly passed away before the settlement date, but lived long enough to know that Steve had secured a really good offer on the family home and that mum would be well looked after financially. Steve managed the marketing, preparation and sale of the house sensitively, and mum felt more comfortable with the process than she would have with someone else due to Steve's warm and considerate approach.
