Honest & Reliable Agent
After monitoring the property market for several years the time had come for us to sell our property. A few years ago we began to see more and more impressive results from Del Real Estate in particular Neb Delibasic. We had communication with other local agents but felt most comfortable dealing with Neb to sell our first home for us. Neb was very honest and open when we dealt with him and made the whole selling process a very positive experience. Neb provided regular feedback after each open for inspection and was always easily contactable for any questions which we had. Neb has very strong local knowledge on the property market and was able to achieve over our reserve price when our home went to auction. Hardworking agent
We recently had the confusing task of dispersing of our late mothers property in Dandenong Nth. After a short period of trying to sell privately it was decided to appoint an agent,but who?? It was a hot 32 degree day in March and a well dressed young guy was hand dropping pamphlets in the area,it was Neb Delibasic. After a short discussion we appointed DEL as agent and from there on it was all plain sailing. The effort by Neb and his team was outstanding and the feedback after each open house was excellent . Very Diligent
Great bloke to work with ...............in fact the entire Delibasic family . From day 01 of meeting them i was most comfortable and very safe . Mind you - i am based in SRI LANKA and all happened continuously on email !!! Will with out hesitation continue to work with them as much as i recommend him to potential clients/investors

Top Real Estate Agent
Neb must be the top real estate agent in Victoria as he sold our house last week and carried out an excellent job from day 1 to auction day. With his high degree of skills and knowledge, he enticed many lookers to our inspections and thus potential bidders on auction day. He was punctual with all the inspection times and was very professional in his dealings with clients. He was the auctioneer on the day and did an outstanding job in getting us a very good sale price. We would recommend his professional skills to anybody wishing to sell their property.
