We recently sold our family home of 23 years through Demians. Whilst it was a process that we were not looking forward to, our concerns were quickly alleviated. This team are simply outstanding. Michael is certainly one of the best relationship professionals I have ever encountered. We talked daily and he always acted with honesty, integrity and total transparency. This team is not only disrupting the way Real Estate has traditionally been done, they are indeed redefining how Real Estate "should be done"! We certainly recommend the Demian team to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction, and we would go as far as to say if you don't use them you are probably costing yourself, if not financially certainly in terms of stress.
