My fiancé and I reached out to Michael since we noticed he was selling a lot of nice houses in the areas where we were interested in. We were dealing with other real estate agents at different companies but none of them compare to Michael and the team at Demians. My 2 biggest things are communication and being realistic. Michael’s communication was 10/10 and he was very realistic with us. We first met Michael and his awesome team when we were selling our family home. The experience from the first meeting to when settlement occurred was phenomenal, so we knew that when it was time to sell our parents' home, Michael was the only agent for the job. This sale was very different and very emotional, as we needed to secure the best price to ensure our parents would be comfortable in their next stage of life. The campaign Michael recommended for the sale of our parents house was very different to ours, but we trusted him and the process implicitly and knew that he and the team would do everything possible to achieve our desired outcome. We were dealing with a very stressful situation, so Michael did all the heavy lifting for us during the four week campaign, taking care of everything that needed to be done so we could just focus on our parents. Once again the level of communication, advice and support was exceptional, in addition to Michael's expert market knowledge, insights and presentation of data. We knew exactly what was happening every day of the campaign and what to expect on auction day. Michael supported us every step of the way, especially when stress levels and emotions were running high.
