As first home buyers it was a daunting task going into open homes but Torie made the whole experience easy. He was very approachable, easy to get along with and took the extra effort to get to know us and exactly what we were after. He reached out to us reguarly to make sure we were given the greatest opportunity to understand everything about the property. A wealth of knowledge of the wider area but also the properties around us made us understand exactly what and why we were buying our property. Comparing Torie with a couple of others real estate agents around the area, you can straight away notice the extra level in which goes to make sure purchasing our home was a smooth and comfortable process. He was always available for a chat and made time for us to visit the property both during the initial phase of purchasing the property but then making sure it was opened to us for any little inspections approaching settlement. No ego and no hidden agendas, Torie was a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend him to everybody.

Amazing Service & Great Result
Torie and Mick went above and beyond to achieve the best result for the sale of my property. They managed to sell it in under 3 weeks and off-market without any online advertising!! They achieved a result that was better than my expectations given the difficult market conditions in selling at the time. They were both honest in their approach and had communicated with me on a daily basis to keep me updated on any progress of the sale.
