Rob and his team were excellent in the sale of my Brisbane property. I sold three houses at the same time(different states) and wished Rob and Ashleigh were able to sell all three. Rob’s performance was vastly superior to the other agents. He sold my house within a fortnight and achieved a sale price at the top of his initial valuation(which itself was higher than the other agents I considered prior to signing with Rob). I was kept up to date at all times. Thanks again Rob, well done.

Rob is an amazing agent and we can’t recommend him highly enough. He helped us purchase and later sell our house in Mitchelton. He is the hardest worker you’ll ever meet and such a lovely, honest guy! Thanks for everything Rob!

Made the entire process smooth. Not pushy in the initial sales process, was very easy to work with and punctual.

Had a great experience with Haydn and his team to buy our first property. He was always contactable and very informative, answering all of our questions and concerns. Made us feel very comfortable in what can be a very stressful and overwhelming process.

This was our second time selling with Rob. I can't think of anything that he could have done better, his communication was excellent, the strategy worked well, and we felt confident in leaving our property and its sale in Rob's capable hands. He managed to get a result better than we expected, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Rob's services.

Denovans usual sales did not include Albion but we picked them because they were recommended by a friend and had a long history of good service, good results and family owned company. Rob immediately got to know the Albion market and got excellent result. A true professional and great advice

Haydn was a dream to work with while negotiating on our property in Mitchelton. Haydn doesn’t play games and is a straight shooter, he genuinely is as nice a bloke as he presents. Haydn was upfront and honest with us and his interpersonal skills were well and truly above the mark set by competitors. We dealt with a lot of estate agents in search for a property, Haydn was by far the easiest and most genuine we dealt with. This is a credit to himself and his business, and something not often seen.

Rob was the first agent to respond to our enquiry to sell immediately! He visited us that same day, projected his marketing strategy, detailed a timeline of steps to sell the property and had our confidence...within an hour. Rob's expert advice was very accurate and his understanding of the market was reflected in how the sales process proceeded. Communication from Rob was always clear and respectful. At such a huge junction of life transition, we were grateful for Rob's integrous service.
