Working with Haydn in buying our investment unit was a great experience. He was very professional and easy to work with. No question or clarification was left unattended and he worked collaboratively to help progress the sale - especially when things went slightly off the plan. We hope to be able to work with Haydn again and will be more than happy to recommend his services.

We bought through Rob and would highly recommend. Very attentive, did what he said he was going to do and was upfront with with negotiations.

I needed to sell my house during the COVID pandemic. I enlisted Rob and discussed the price and how we were going to sell it. Stuck to the plan. Rob established some very interested buyers. Rob achieved a satisfactory price given the prevailing circumstances and the great uncertainty surrounding the whole real estate market

We first met Rob at an open home several years ago. Every year he rung and offered advice, in person or over the phone. Rob has a positive attitude and communicates well. He kept us informed through the entire process. Selling a property can be a lot of work and Rob puts in the effort to get the job done.

His knowledge of the market was exceptional and it was due to this that the best possible price was achieved

We recently bought our first property and obviously had a lot of questions. Rob was very patient and helpful and quick to point us in the right direction. This whole process has been surprisingly easy. Thanks Rob!

Haydn was professional and listened to us from the start. He offered sensible and sound advice from beginning to end.

When I first engaged Rob about the sale of my property, I experienced nothing but enthusiasm and professionalism. He would communicate positively to all stakeholders providing relevant market information. While advertising my house during Covid restrictions he made the current tenants comfortable in all aspects of the sale which subsequently provided a welcoming environment for potential buyers. Upon reflection I would recommend anyone selling their property to Rob. Thanks

I would highly recommend Haydn as he is aprofessional, friendly and approachable agent. He was contactable outside of business hours and was very prompt in his responses between myself and the seller. Haydn was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects from a buying perspective.
