We chose to sell my deceased father’s unit after meeting Shabnam on Daniel’s team. She and Daniel both didn’t feel ‘pushy’ like a lot of other agents can be, quite human and down to earth. We could ask their honest opinions and they helped us weigh up whether some upgrades were nice to haves or essential.
