Our plan it was to sell out our current property and buy a new one in another suburb at the same time. While that was the expectation, we hadn't really thought it would happen as quickly as it did - the two settlements being just a couple of weeks apart. Besides, we were able to get a good price without having to invest anything in marketing. Shabnam also organized the Conveyancer for us, who turned out to be very good (they are helping us with both the sale and the purchase).
