Outstanding process and result

Daniel was highly recommended and now I can see why. The appraisal, preparation and sale process was smooth and fast. Less than 10 days from him having the keys, he has achieved a result above my expectations. Daniel and his team took the time in the first two days to arrange minor repairs, painting, furnishing/styling & impressive professional pictures before listing by third day - I did not have to do anything at all. Three open homes in 8 days and we had a sale, on a Sunday afternoon. Throughout the entire process I was thoroughly informed and felt confident in their process.
