Sold Off Market for higher than my expected price in 2 weeks

I had thought about selling my apartment for a bit and got in contact with a few agents. Daniel did his research and tailored the campaign to suit me and my timeline. Although Daniels rate was higher, I think it was worth it to get the experience and contacts that Daniel and his team had. In the end I got a higher price and saved on marketing costs, so definitely worth it for me. We decided that an Off market campaign was the best for my situation. We held an open house and a couple private viewings and 2 weeks later I received news that I got an offer. Daniel managed to negotiate a bit more for me, and also included longer settlement which i requested for. Overall, I had a very fast, smooth and pleasant experience letting Daniel and his team take care of the sale of my apartment. Got a good price and can't be happier. Thanks Daniel!
