Because of COVID 19 pandemic situation, I was stuck in in Europe, without possibility to arrive quickly in Perth. In January 2021 I found myself in front of huge and frustrating challenge: to completely prepare and rent apartment in Spearwood. After few first days I lost hope that I will manage to do anything. Friends who promised to help me had their own problems, and couldn't take a lot of their time for me, the time was lost and expenses were higher. I contacted a lot of agencies, and fortunately DethridgeGroves agency was amongst them. I got contact and started to collaborate with mr Dimitri Oikonomou. Warmhearted, cultural and highly professional, Dimitri told me what I need to do, I accepted his suggestions and he took over things in his hands. Every advice was on its place, and all started to solve quite quickly. I felt great confidence and relief because I understood that Dimitri was taking right moves. All unpredictable situations were managed instantly. Not so rarely, during his free time he was checking the apartment and following the situation. After finishing all the work in apartment and preparation of documentation, the apartment was on the market on March 2021. The apartment was rented for a 12 month period as soon as possible ( advertisement was posted on Friday and tenant offer was accepted on Monday during same week). Now I don' t have to take care about apartment, that is done by Anita Dunning- my current property manager. I am still in Europe, freely finishing my jobs. Instead of burden apartment became additional source of incomes. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't rely on your cousins, contact these people.
