Having observed both Val Latham and Linda Ratcliff at open houses over the past many years it was very easy for us to make the decision to go with DiJones when putting our house on the market. From the first time they came to our home we felt very comfortable with them; they explained the whole process involved with selling our home, and from then on they were regularly in touch and updating us after each open house. We consulted with an additional four agents before selecting DiJones to represent us; not having sold a house in over thirty years, Val and Linda were clearly our choice. Their years of working in our neighbourhood meant they had most valuable information to help guide our sale. They have access to a very reliable band of tradespeople if any work is needed to be done in your home, and the most wonderful, creative, artistic stylist. Val and Linda work remarkably well as a team, are very hardworking, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in their work and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting their house on the market.

I had a positive experience working with Linda
By the time I met Linda, my wife and I had been to MANY open houses. I found Linda to be refreshingly honest about the vendor's price expectations, and it was easy to communicate with her throughout the whole process. I found her to have a serious manner. But I put that down to her concern for her client. I'd be happy to work with Linda again.
