We had sold our house and were actively looking to buy our 'forever' family home. We had missed out at auctions, we were spending weekends dragging two children all over the inner west, the market was raging and we were getting more and more anxious about finding a family home that would feel right...our heads were hurting! Dib knew us from our attendance at various open home inspections, and he took the time and care to learn about what we were after and to understand what we could afford. Then, when we were having a break from auctions and open homes, and settling into renting, Dib called. He had an off-market opportunity that he thought was just the ticket to our future ... he was right. I'm not sure we would have ventured out from our rental cave if it had been anyone other than Dib. Dib is very likeable and approachable, confident, professional but also warm and relaxed....but importantly he has great integrity, is honest, and is an effective and regular communicator.
