From our first meeting, right through to finalisation, the process was seamless and the team was totally committed to the transaction. Each team member at Dib Chidiac knows their role and they work very well together to achieve the outcome. In particular, the various elements of preparing our property for sale were done with fantastic coordination by Dib’s back office people, using a good group of contractors who made it easy. That especially minimised the stress for us. Dib’s team were always prompt in communicating in an honest and straightforward manner; nothing was left to chance, nothing was delayed and all this gave us confidence, Dib used his potential purchaser database and the eventual purchaser attended the first open home and our property was sold within a few days. We consider a fair price was negotiated and at the level Dib had originally projected when we appointed him as our Agent.
