Having both rented and bought apartments in Breakfast Point, we have met with many real estate agents when looking for properties in the area but none as knowledgeable as Dib. He is also extremely passionate about delivering the best experience for his clients. I first met Dib when attending an open home for another apartment and told Dib that we were looking for a ground floor apartment with a spacious living area in a building which allows two dogs per unit (this is hard to find in Breakfast Point). It was a quick chat and many interested parties attended that open home so I was not expecting any follow-up to that. A couple of months later, I got a call from Dib who told me that there was an apartment that suited our needs and asked if I could make the open home. And the apartment turned out to be perfect for us! Dib also took the effort to show the apartment to us a second time as my wife couldn't make the first open home. We weren't actively looking at that point so we would have missed out on the apartment of our dreams if not for that call from Dib. Throughout the sale process, Dib was very professional and helpful - we didn't feel pressured at any point and he answered all our questions promptly and with no misrepresentation. He made sure to follow up but also gave us space to consider our options. Most importantly, he helped facilitate our correspondence with strata management to get pre-approval for our two dogs. This sealed the deal for us! I can't recommend Dib enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their property. We would definitely use Dib's services again.
