Excellent Agent Service and Support!
Marketing and selling such an unusual property was always going to pose a challenge for a Real Estate Agent. I had a hoarders home from a deceased estate and Michael helped me to get the house in order (huge task) ready for the sale. Luckily for me Michael Cawthorn and his team at Di Jones are consummate professionals and made selling my property not only easier but a pleasure helping to smooth out all the bumps along the way. Michael explained to me the market, pros and cons so I understood the marketing process and professionalism and respect. My results was a brilliant sale at Auction with well over one hundred inspections and 37 contracts issued and spirited bidding on the auction day. The entire process went well beyond my expectations. WOW! Listed on internet on Tuesday, appointments for inspections made for Saturday and offers received on that day. Contracts exchanged at full asking price on the following Tuesday. A whirlwind result. Michael was in contact at all times from start to finish. And the result outstanding. Michael's professionalism and approach made it a great experience all the way and achieved great results. Right from the beginning Kate has been an absolute gem and a breath of fresh air - warm, friendly, fun, sincere and easy to deal with. Considering the state of the property market, it's rare to find an agent that takes the time to make you feel connected and appreciated during the home-buying process. Her communication was excellent throughout the negotiations, and she went above and beyond organising the building / pest inspections for us so that we could feel confident in the purchase and buy our dream property. Once everything went through, Kate took the time to meet us back at the property show us around again.
