Professional & Experienced
Michael is extraordinary. His manner is both professional and knowledgeable about the property he is selling. It all happened very quickly but I loved the fact that he let us wander through the house and letting the house sell itself to us. He was always on hand to answer questions and enhance the wonderful properties of the home. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Michael's knowledge of the market, his communications with us and with prospective purchasers was first class. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling property. Although the sale price was below our initial expectations and as Michael explained it is a difficult market at the moment and we were lucky to have a purchaser who wanted a quick settlement.

Very professional service and advice
We have known Michael for many years as he sold us our first unit in Sydney in 2000. As Michael was operating in the Highlands, has a great reputation and was very professional in our dealings with him we engaged him for the sale of our property. Michael was at all times professional, very responsive with his communication and honest in his opinion of the value of our property and how best to present it for sale. Excellent Agent
Michael at Knight Bailey has been an excellent agent of the 'old school'. No flash high street office exposure. They follow enquiries through and utilise skill and diligence to work with both Vendors and potential purchasers. As a result we sold our property in Burradoo 3 weeks after formal listing and within reasonable expectations of price. Their listing advise was proffessional and reflective of the current market.
