The Quintessential Professional
Selling our Exeter home was the second time that Sarah has acted on my behalf. She sold my mother's home in 2020 with aplomb. Her commitment to the task was incomparable and a great result followed. Though Sarah had moved to another agency, I wasn't going to have anyone else to sell our Exeter home. Sarah did it again, despite the many factors that seemingly worked against us; the atrocious weather conditions, rising inflation, a federal election, the Ukraine war with an increase in fuel prices, and latterly a rise in the cash rate. But, there is no pretence about Sarah. A very personable and honest lady. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Kate and The Di Jones Team
Selling a house is really stressful when you are as busy as I am running a small business so its importnat to choose the right team. I can not fault Kate, Deidre and the Di Jones Bowral team, they were outstanding. Nothing was too hard, they always offered to help from minding my dog for last minute inspections to checking the house was in the best presentable state it could be. I have had a few neighbours ask me about the sale and i always say the same thing. House prices are and have been super inflated at the moment. People are asking crazy prices but I sold for wining a 3.5% margin of the house price Kate put on my property. She did not under value it but read he market well and we achieved our goal. It was a journey and its not as easy as you imagine but we did it. I am happy and the vendors who purchased have a very reasonable deal so its a win, win. That to me is the reason I would use Kate and her team again.

Honest, transparent and knowledgeable
As a buyer it can be a stressful experience going through the auction process. All you want is an agent who is honest, transparent and knowledgeable about the property you are dealing with. Sarah gave us all that and we couldn't be happier with the process and the end result.

I have known Sarah on a professional level as a real estate agent for well over 20 years, can't recall when we first met. Over 30 years I have bought a few properties in the Bowral area, the last 2 including my forever home, from Sarah. Whenever I have sold I always gave her a listing, for good reason. On every level Sarah is professional and a delight to deal with. if she ever tires of selling she could run a school teaching agents how to conduct themselves - there are many agents here I refuse to deal with. She is a super asset to whomever she works with and for.
