Michael's knowledge of the market, his communications with us and with prospective purchasers was first class. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling property. Although the sale price was below our initial expectations and as Michael explained it is a difficult market at the moment and we were lucky to have a purchaser who wanted a quick settlement.
