My husband and I bought our new home through Garth Hunter and another local Avoca Beach agent (an impressive collaborative process with two usual competitors). During the weeks leading up to the auction on our prospective home, Garth was proactive in letting us know that he had potential buyers for our existing home. Due to his enthusiasm and advice regarding the benefits of proceeding quickly with the sale of our existing home, we decided to sign with Garth. Although we signed up for a full marketing campaign and auction, Garth and Kyah worked tirelessly as a team and sold our home in six days. We were very happy with the result and I believe the purchaser was as well. I mean, six days. That's impressive in anyone's book. Garth Hunter is hungry for your business.
