Absolute pleasure to deal with!
Carol, Garth and the team where a pleasure to work with. They had a great understanding of the current market. Good price obtained in a tough market
Garth has his finger on the pulse as far as the local market is concerned, and was able to get us a sale in a very tough market achieving a record price for our street. Without his personal involvement, I doubt the sale would have gone through as there were limited opportunities.

A breeze to buy from
Having had past experience purchasing properties and working with agents, I can honestly say that working with Garth was a breeze from start to finish. He was genuine and friendly but also had extensive knowledge of the street and broader area we were buying into. He even knew most of the neighbours by name and really helped us understand the community. He and his colleague James even delivered a gift at time of settlement which was a lovely surprise. Very happy with our experience with Garth and James.

Excellent, caring service
Garth did an excellent job selling our elderly mother’s long term home. He was very caring for her right through the process, understanding the significance of the sale for her. Garth also achieved an excellent price and understood the Avoca market perfectly. We are very grateful for his care and expertise and recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling on the central coast.
