Thank you Adam and your team for your professional expertise shown to myself and my sister-in-law Kathy, and my daughter Elouise. It was a frustrating time for me due to my residing in Queensland during the covid restrictions, however, I was kept very well informed from the very first email advising of recent sales comparisons in the locality to the fast sale of the unit.
