Adam's dedication and attention to detail have been flawless throughout the auction campaign. Property styling and advertising materials were completed quickly to a very high standard. Adam and his team kept us regularly updated with the progress and feedback from buyers. The property sold in less than 2 weeks. Several buyers indicated their interest to purchase before auction. Adam worked with these buyers through the weekend (including Sunday) before the contract was exchanged on Monday. We are extremely happy with the result. More importantly, we feel that nothing has been left to chance in selling our biggest asset. I thank Adam and his team for an outstanding experience as a vendor.

We recently emgaged Adam and his assistants, Elisa and Tony, from McGrath Chatswood to sell our brand new, master built home in View Street Chatswood. We had not used Adam previously, hence were anxious to determine whether his team would deliver us a level of excellence we expected. It was enormously pleasing the level we expected was met and exceeded. Communication, so important in these matters, was exceptional and Adam's knowledge and ability to deal with out target market contributed greatly to us achieving a sale price both we and the purchasers were happy with, to close the deal a week prior to auction. Would we recommend and use Adam and his team again, an easy answer, as we have a second dwelling to sell and will be putting this one in their very capable hands.
