Produces options for sellers effectively and efficiently

Mark did a great job getting a solid outcome efficiently in a challenging sale and a market environment that became less seller friendly quickly over the course of the campaign. Mark was very focused on producing options for me and was effective at consistently converting inspections into offers. He is responsive around the clock, talks straight and gave me confidence as he backed up his optimistic advice with tangible results week-to-week from his buyer meetings.
