Off Market Purchase in Lindfield

We were relocating into the Lindfield area primarily for schooling purposes, so we had a very specific area that we could choose from. We contacted and met virtually all local agents in order to try and get the best access to everything available. Charlotte and Ben managed to bring to our attention a premium apartment in our preferred building that could be acquired off market, and with a little back and forth we managed to secure that apartment. Some of the surrounding apartment blocks have what could be considered "hidden" issues with strata and defects, and these issues were navigated with transparency and professionalism and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. From the sellers point of view they also got a really good price, which we considered worth paying. Wins all round for everyone! I would recommend contacting Charlotte based on knowledge of the market and being able to meet specific requests, or indeed getting a good price for selling!
