Friendly and upbeat, excellent negotiation skills for getting a good price
Had my property sold with Ali. There were a couple of issues with my property throughout the process and Ali managed to sort those issues out with her communication skills. Always proactively seeking new selling opportunities for me. I am very satisfied with her services and appreciate her expertise in real estates. People should have no hesitation to partner with her if you are going to sell your property at a good price!

An unexpected sale!
We contacted Ali when we came across our [now] new home listed by Di Jones. Ali was always available and willing to arrange our many private inspection requests. She is responsive, easy going and never applied any sales pressure during the process.

Professional but Personal, Results Driven
I have owned my rental property for approximately 10 years and Di Jones was my Agent from Purchase. Initially I was not sure I was prepared to sell given I am an Interstate Investor, not able to travel to Sydney, and had a long term entrenched Tenant. From the outset after engaging with Ali and explaining my situation and concerns, the team at Di Jones both from the Sales and Rental perspective worked together tirelessly. They assured me they could handle the transition with my Tenant without drama, which they did. The Unit needed some refurbishment after vacating. Ali project managed this at no additional cost and it was completed within the timeframe she advised - within 2 weeks my Apartment was transformed. At all times Ali kept us abridged with a professional but friendly demeanour. My views re the marketing budget were accepted graciously (no hard sell) her points of view and advice sound. Ali was in communication via telephone, e mail, text. I received status updates, progress reports and overviews of the prospective buyers every step. I never felt pushed, and the day of the Auction given I was Interstate fully supported by Ali and the team on the ground. Ali respected that I was prepared not to sell - however she worked tirelessly and with enthusiasm to get the best possible outcome - Coronavirus and shocking Sydney weather aside on the day. Ali got me the result I said I wanted and would accept. I have sold a number of investment properties previously - never have I received such a level of personal service. Ali is a credit and asset to Di Jones, and an absolute star. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Ali! I am indebted and if and when I buy in Sydney again you are my Go to Agent

Engaging and friendly personality
We are first home buyers and this was our first auction ever so practically we did not know what to expect and not to except.
