My first contact with William was just a email enquire about the price guide for an apartment with only the tick on “price” ,my name and email,nothing else.I sent it about 2am in the morning. Surprisedly, he got back to me within 1 hour with detailed email.at that time I was looking at few other apartment as well so I didn’t reply him.
Few days later,I contacted William by email again try to arranged an private inspection because i can’t go on either Wed or Sat,(around 3am in the morning and he replied my email at 5am). He politely asked me to call his mobile and I went to inspect that apartment same day in the afternoon.
During the inspection he was very well prepared and knowledgeable about the area(i knew he was telling the truth because i was living in that area)everything was perfect to me but he advised me to let my solicitor go though all the papers before I gave my offer.then sent me an up-to-date strata report etc.and didn’t ask me to sign anything.(I met some real restate agent had asked me to sign/pay0.25% before I got the strata report.Or,gave me a 2019 strata report claimed that was within 6 months(now is 2021) and tell me i need to order an up-to-date strata report by myself because the report he gave to me was within 6 months)
Because i am a prepared &serious buyer,the Second day was whole day phone calls between William, me and my solicitor. William did a very good job as an agent.he got all the extra things my solicitor need super fast, negotiations between me and former owner were quick and smooth, everything was nicely done,so we exchanged our contract on the third day morning.
It was a very happy and smooth property buying experience with William, i would like to doing more deals with him in the near further.
