Something good happend

Matt together with his colleague Scott won the business because of their knowledge and confidence that we would attain a higher price than other agents had predicted. After a painless sales process we actually reached a figure 10% higher than predicted. We were naturally very pleased. I think that Matt went above and beyond to help us get this price and make the whole process as simple and as straight forward as possible, he took pride in doing this and this reflected in the result.
