We found Kathryn Purdy - and indeed Chadwick Real Estate - to be fine ambassadors for our house. Kathryn gave us a selling estimation that was vey accurate and she thus rates highly in credibility. She was always available - even after hours - and made the stressful procedure of selling a house as pleasant as was possible at the time. We had a difficult potential buyer, and Kathryn handled that situation with a minimum of fuss. She also organised and ran a successful marketing campaign that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome.

We found Kathryn to be prompt, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, always returning our calls. We did believe at the time, just before settlement, that Kathryn did not have a full grasp of the mechanism of the complex. However now we know that she probably did not get the full assistance she needed from the Vendor, due to the fact he had not actually lived in the complex. Kathryn is an excellent communicator. She consistently kept us in touch and gave feedback throughout the process of selling our house. She followed up leads and delivered on promises. We knew after each open house how many groups had visited and the number of contracts issued. Katheryn was willing to take the time to let us understand where we were up to in the campaign and collaborated with us in adjusting our plans.
