Really poor management, very slow to respond to queries and held our bond hostage

Not impressed at all with Ray White Willoughby, all of our queries took 1-2 weeks for any sort of reply. When we first moved into our apartment we didn't have a working shower for 2-3 weeks, in what was supposed to be a brand new unit. At the end of our tenancy we were charged extortionate costs for cleaning despite leaving the unit in a very good condition, and were even charged to make repairs to a communal area! When we challenged the agent on this we were told that they would not change their position and if we disagreed then we would have to take legal action, they showed us a complete lack of respect from start to finish.
