Changing market requires a skilled agent
Over recent months the Sydney housing market has changed from a sellers' market to a buyers' market. Agents have to do more than stand at the front door handing out brochures and accepting deposit cheques. Grant Borley is the agent I wanted to have on my side. I have known Grant for over 15 years , seeing him at open homes as I have a keen interest in my local area, he was always knowledgable and approachable, without the hard sell. He was a natural choice for the sale of my unit at Chatswood. He worked tirelessly, was in constant communication after each inspection and each development. I was delighted with the price achieved in this current climate. I can highly recommend Grant for anyone considering selling their property.

Fantastic agent
Our plan was to buy another home before selling and I was looking at houses for sale in the area to get an idea of what was happening in the market. I met Nathaniel when I went to inspect a property up for auction a few streets away from my house. Although it took nearly 12 months for us to find our new home, Nathaniel kept in touch with updates on the market, and suggested other properties to look at. Although we bought through another agent, I had no hesitation in engaging Nathaniel to sell our home. To my relief it took less than 2 weeks to sell. Nathaniel was great to deal with. Overall I am delighted with the outcome and experience, and I would recommend Nathaniel to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Strongly recommended
Grant recently helped us sell our house on the North Shore and I can recommend him without reservation to anyone with a similar task. He gave us good advice and talked through the pros and cons of all the options clearly and frankly at each stage of the process.
