A competent Estate Agent indeed
Rawa was professional in her approach. I made an offer initially which did not get much response from the Vendors. Then there was another interested buyer(s). Rawa asked the vendors the price they would accept, made that known to us, and the other interested buyers. I felt it was a fair process.
